Body Blast Circuit training is a high intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat. Body blast classes are high energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

Well, BodyCon stands for ‘Body Conditioning’ so the format of the class is roughly 30 minutes of cardio work (eg. tabata, hiit, circuits, AMRAPs etc.) The cardio section is designed to keep your heart-rate jumping up and down and burn some fat while the weight section will increase your muscle mass and therefore increase your metabolism, allowing you to burn more calories even when you’re resting. The EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption) effect keeps your metabolism boosted for at least 24 hours after the class helping you to burn even more calories.
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. A high-intensity workout increases the body’s need for oxygen during the effort and creates an oxygen shortage, causing your body to ask for more oxygen during recovery. This afterburn effect is referred to as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) and is the reason why intense exercise will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts.

Boxing is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting 45 minutes. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.
Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. A class that is specifically designed to teach weight training for beginners. A class that teaches you exactly how to lift weights with good technique, how to make regular progress and get excellent results from your gym sessions.
Lots of fun and movement to great music. Using their own body weight to be active and develop motor skills and coordination. A variety of styles are used from yoga to dance. One thing is for sure... your kids will burn lots of energy in a fun and safe environment. Ages range from 5-12 years.
“Workout Of the Day” can include many different exercises, routines and personal challenges. Each class will be different from the last and will be body weight, strength, endurance or cardio focused, including kettlebells and barbell. Class length is however long it takes you to complete. So if it takes you 20 minutes, then your class is only 20 minutes, but you will earn that 20 minutes.
