Our 6 week transformation programme offers clients the option of training 1 to 1 or with a small group of friends at an incredible price. The six week program is designed around fun, enjoyable workouts at a high intensity to ensure optimal results. The programme will include nutrition coaching and around the clock whatsapp support to ensure you get the most out of your time training with us. If you stick to our programme we guarantee you results and ensure to get you in the shape you want. We alter the program to each individual so you can get the most enjoyment out of your workouts.
